Our Story

Gout Africain Ltd also known as Africano Restaurant, established in 2007 in Huye, Rwanda, is a cornerstone of the Africano Rwanda Institution. Co-founded by Marume M. Oderwa Pascal and Immaculée, this African food restaurant has grown into the largest chain of its kind in Rwanda. Initially offering a simple menu of breakfast, lunch, and supper.

Mission and Vision

Gout Africain's mission is to honor the richness of African cuisine, particularly Rwandan dishes, while providing high-quality, affordable meals in a welcoming environment. Guided by the vision of promoting African culture through culinary excellence, Gout Africain operates under the inspiring slogan, "From Glory to Glory."
